DIRECTIONS FOR USE

SURFACE PREPARATION

Surfaces to be clean, sound and free of deleterious substances. Remove all laitance, oil, grease, paints, mould oil or curing compound from surfaces using wire brush, bush hammer, scabbler or other plant as appropriate. Drilled holes are to be free of dust.

PRIMING

No priming is required.

APPLICATION

Mix the resin and hardener together in a clean bucket. Mix only enough to be able to work out within the pot life of the epoxy. Trowel out using steel trowels or work into confined spaces. Bonded surfaces should be kept under compression until the epoxy has set hard. When grouting, fill from the base upwards to avoid formation of air pockets.

EQUIPMENT CARE

All tools should be cleaned with soapy water immediately after use. If delayed, equipment will need thinners or mechanical action to clean or be discarded.
