Description
MULTI POXY SF is a decorative epoxy floor coating with high build thickness with good stain resistant properties which gives a tough and colourful floor
coating, with reasonable colour stability. A flooring system able to provide appeal in gloss colour and display good all-round abrasion and scuff resistance. High in water tolerance and available in a variety of colour blends.

Watch Points

• Colours must be from the same batch to reduce risk of colour variations.
• Exposure of the coating to intense lighting or direct sunlight will produce discolouration in time.

Directions for Use

Surface Preparation:
Surfaces to be clean, sound and free of deleterious substances. Remove all laitance, oil, grease, paints, mould oil or curing compound from concrete surfaces using wire brush, bush hammer, scabbler or other plant as appropriate. Ensure that the substrate is flat and smooth, repairing any holes and dips to level finish. Use MULTI FEATHER-FLOW screed if required. Friable screeds will have to be removed or re-screeded as necessary. Note any joints in order to follow through the epoxy screed where necessary.

Priming:
Use MULTI POXY SCREED PRIMER to prime all substrates prior to application of the MULTI POXY SF. If the substrate is particularly dense, priming may be unnecessary however that will be at the applicators own judgement and risk.

Application:
Using a festo mixer or other suitable mechanical mixer, mix the RESIN and HARDENER together in a clean bucket or metal drum. Then using a paddle, fold in the PASTE so the colours run over each other but do not mix completely together. This is a skill the applicator will need to master as over-mixing will not give a flow of colours and under-mixing may result in areas not setting hard. Pour out the entire contents over the primed areas and spread-out with a steel trowel and allow to settle. Areas can also be spotted with residual PASTE for added effect, again a skill that each applicator will need to master. Lightly sponge rolling out any stubborn trowel lines. Allow 24 hours before traffic.

Equipment Care
All tools should be cleaned with paint thinners immediately after use. If epoxy has set hard, use mechanical action to clean or discard.
